Acceptance of Terms

Effective January 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 55www ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 55www website at https://55www.net, all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any other service or product made available through the platform from time to time.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account via 55www Login, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 55www platform, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally and in full. If you are acting on behalf of another person or entity, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

55www reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms regularly. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date displayed on this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms should be read together with the 55www Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and 55www.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 55www platform is conditional on meeting all of the following eligibility criteria. You must satisfy each criterion at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 55www strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 18. Providing false information about your age during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• Residency and Access: You are accessing 55www from a location where online gambling is not expressly prohibited by the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is permitted in your jurisdiction before registering. 55www makes no representation that access to the platform is legal in all locations.
• Legal Capacity: You are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you and are not acting under any legal disability or incapacity.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on the 55www platform. Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses, circumventing limits, or any other reason is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Own Name and Details: You register and operate your account using your own true personal details. Accounts registered in false names, third-party names, or with fabricated identity information will be closed without notice and any balance may be forfeited.
• Not a 55www Employee: You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, director, or immediate family member of any of the above of 55www or any of its affiliated entities or gaming studio partners.
• Not Self-Excluded: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the 55www platform or on any other platform where a cross-platform exclusion agreement applies.

Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of 55www products and services, you must register a player account. Registration requires you to provide accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. This information must match the identity documents you will be required to submit during KYC verification.

Upon completing registration, you will be required to verify your email address or mobile number before your account is activated. 55www reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including before processing your first withdrawal — as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. Accepted identity documents include a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or government-issued driving licence.

• Password Security: You are solely responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your 55www account and for keeping that password confidential. 55www will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or live chat. Any request purporting to be from 55www and asking for your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
• Account Access: You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 55www support immediately and change your password without delay.
• Two-Factor Authentication: 55www strongly recommends enabling OTP two-factor authentication (2FA) from within your account settings. 2FA adds a second verification step at login, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorised access even if your password is compromised.
• Accurate Information: You must keep all account information current and accurate. If your contact details, payment details, or identity information changes, you must update your account profile promptly. Providing false or outdated information may result in delayed withdrawals or account suspension.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your 55www account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, gifted, pledged as security, or otherwise assigned to any other person. Any purported transfer of an account is void and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 55www platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 55www does not charge players any platform-level fee for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile banking provider or bank may apply its own transaction charges. 55www accepts the following payment methods from Bangladesh-based players:

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. 55www will only process withdrawals to a payment method registered in the same name as the verified 55www account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 across all supported payment methods. 55www aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, though during peak periods processing may take up to 72 hours.

55www reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, particularly for large amounts or where account activity patterns suggest irregularities. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested and processing times extended. All such requests are handled in good faith and in accordance with 55www's internal compliance policies.

Deposits made to a 55www account using the proceeds of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities. 55www operates robust anti-money-laundering (AML) monitoring and takes its obligations in this area seriously.

Bonuses & Promotions

55www offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published for each individual offer on the 55www Voucher page and, where applicable, in the promotional communication through which the offer was received.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in a player's account at any given time unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the later bonus being voided.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on 55www contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager to the wagering requirement. • Maximum Bet Under Bonus: When a player holds an active bonus balance, the maximum single-bet or single-spin stake permitted is ৳500 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the bonus terms. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Voucher Codes: Where a bonus requires a voucher code to be entered, the code must be entered at the time of the qualifying deposit. Retrospective application of voucher codes to deposits already made is not possible. Voucher codes are single-use and non-transferable.
• Abuse and Misuse: 55www reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if there is evidence that a player has abused the promotion system, including by opening multiple accounts, using automated betting software, or exploiting a mathematical advantage not intended by the promotion design. Decisions on bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of 55www.
• Promotion Modification: 55www reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after players have already made a qualifying deposit, those players will be notified and any deposited funds will remain in their accounts unaffected.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All casino games, live dealer games, slot titles, and instant games available on the 55www platform are supplied by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each of these studios holds independent certification for the fairness and randomness of their game outputs. 55www does not modify game logic, alter payout tables, or interfere with random number generation in any game title available on the platform. • Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on 55www are subject to the betting rules published in the sportsbook section. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 55www's decision based on official results from the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) shall be final.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if the underlying event is cancelled, postponed beyond the period stated in the specific betting rules, or if the bet was accepted in error due to a technical fault or manifest pricing error. Void bets are refunded to the player's account balance at the staked amount.
• Technical Faults: In the event of a game, connectivity, or platform malfunction that interrupts a round in progress, 55www will use all available logs to determine the correct resolution. Where game state cannot be reliably determined, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned. 55www accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's own connectivity issues.
• Collusion and Cheating: The use of any software, bot, algorithm, artificial intelligence tool, or other automated means to gain an unfair advantage in any game on 55www is strictly prohibited. Collusion between players in live poker, live baccarat, or any other multiplayer format is also prohibited. Any account found to be engaged in collusion or cheating will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55www platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one player account, whether under your own name or a false identity, for any purpose.
• Providing false, fabricated, or third-party personal information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or mechanical devices to interact with any game, betting market, or platform feature.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, pricing errors, or other technical faults to obtain funds or gaming credits that you would not otherwise be entitled to. Any funds obtained in this manner must be reported to 55www support immediately and will be reversed.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to circumvent house edge or game integrity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 55www platform, its software, or its systems.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic access controls or to misrepresent your location.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward 55www support staff or other players on the platform.
• Attempting to access another player's account, intercept another player's communications, or obtain another player's personal data without their explicit consent.

55www monitors platform activity continuously and uses automated and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If you become aware of any activity on the platform that you believe constitutes prohibited conduct — including by another player — you are encouraged to report it to [email protected]. 55www treats all such reports confidentially.

Account Suspension & Closure

55www reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reason to believe that the Terms & Conditions have been breached, that fraudulent or illegal activity has occurred, or that the integrity of the platform has been compromised.

• Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your 55www account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before an account is closed, any outstanding withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no active bonus wagering obligations are outstanding.
• Self-Exclusion: If you wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons, 55www offers a self-exclusion tool accessible from your account settings. Self-exclusion may be set for a minimum period of 30 days up to permanent exclusion. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the selected period has elapsed. • Inactive Accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. 55www may apply a monthly inactivity fee of ৳50 to the balance of an inactive account to cover account maintenance costs. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied, giving you the opportunity to either log in and reactivate your account or request closure and withdrawal of your remaining balance.
• Closure Due to Breach: Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms — including fraud, multi-accounting, or abuse of the promotion system — the account balance may be partially or wholly forfeited at 55www's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. 55www will communicate the grounds for closure to the affected player where it is safe and legally appropriate to do so.
• Balances on Closure: Upon voluntary account closure, any real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be removed at the point of closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable general principles of law, and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by 55www of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
